Online Return Policy
Please note that all returns or exchanges must be posted to the below address with a Return Authorisation Number (‘#RA’). An #RA can be obtained by contacting Va Voom & co.
At Va Voom & co we hope you love your new online purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy, and we will refund or exchange your item(s) in accordance with our Online Return Policy. Your items are to be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. All items are to be returned to our store (see address below) within 7 business days of delivery at the customers expense. Va Voom & co reserves the right to deny a return if items are used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, make-up, perfumes, scents or fake tan on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund or exchange.
All goods are thoroughly checked prior to leaving our store. However we are aware that sometimes an oversight may occur. Should your goods be faulty please contact Va Voom & co by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +617 49266133 within 7 days of delivery to be issued with an #RA to allow you to return the item in accordance with our Online Return Policy to Va Voom & co. In the first instance a replacement item will be offered, however should there be no replacement available then a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit with a 3 year expiry will be issued (whichever is requested by the customer). You must also supply a copy of your receipt. The goods must be returned to us unused/unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original condition. Va Voom & co reserves the right to deem products returned without an #RA ineligible for a refund.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 7 days of delivery and a store credit with a 3 year expiry will be issued to you or an alternative size sent. The goods must be returned to us unused/unworn with tags attached and in the same manner as it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email email@example.com or telephone +617 49266133 to be issued with an #RA. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
Please note that there are no returns on sale items. If the goods are deemed to be faulty then in the first instance a replacement item will be offered, however should there be no replacement available, a full refund will be issued.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for jewellery.
- Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
- Returns may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
